Welcome!

My name is Louise Roach and I am a qualified yoga teacher, registered and insured with the British Wheel of Yoga.  I teach Hatha yoga classes in Central London.  I am available for one to one private or semi-private classes in your home or group classes in your work place.  In 2012 I will also be holding one day and weekend yoga workshops.
